Program Description
The Caring Workforce Training Program (CWTP) is an initiative by the Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) and made possible by the American Rescue Plan. This program is open to all unemployed or low-wage workers interested in working in a home healthcare aid cooperative including current low-wage care workers. This program aims to help workers secure better job opportunities, increase earnings, and attain financial stability.
