Telecommunications Educations and Assistance in Multiple-languages Collaborative

 

The TEAM collaborative is a project of PWC and the California Public Utilities Commision, where we are able to help consumers save money by removing unnecessary charges on their phone bills and provide education to consumers to help avoid future problems concerning their phone bills. Some cases include overcharges due to misleading ads, unauthorized charges by third parties, misunderstandings, etc. As a result, we also help people save valuable time since we call the telephone companies as a liaison for the client. We helped one of our members, Dondi Manzon, who didn’t really know how to analyze his cell phone bill to see if he was being overcharged, save $25 off of his bill and we were also able to give him more minutes, texts and data! We also provide help regarding problems with phone cards. This free assistance is available to anyone with a mobile phone or a landline phone. We also provide educational workshops to consumers to help avoid future problems concerning their phone bills. We offer these services in Tagalog, English, and Spanish.


Ang TEAM Collaborative ay isang proyekto ng PWC at ng CPUC na kung saan ay matutulungan ang mga consumers para makatipid ng pera sa pamamagitan ng pag-alis sa mga hindi kinakailangang singil sa kanilang mga phone bills at magbigay ng pag-aaral o edukasyon sa mga consumer para matulungan silang iwasan ang mga hinaharap na problema hinggil sa pag-aalala sa kanilang phone bills. May mga ilang kaso katulad ng overcharges dahil sa nakakalinlang na mga Ads (anunsyo), pandaraya sa singil ng third parties, maling pagkaunawa, at iba pa. Bilang resulta tumutulong din kami sa mga konsumer upang i-save ang mahalagang panahon dahil tinatawagan namin ang mga kumpanya ng telephono bilang pag-uugnay para sa mga kliente. Ang isa sa mga myembro namin na si Dondi Manzon na kulang sa kaalaman kung paano pag-aralan ang kanyang cellphone bill, natulungan siya ng PWC para makita kung sya ay may over charge, kung kaya’t mula sa kanyang dating bill nakatipid siya ng $25, at nabigyan pa sya na unlimited minutes, texts at mas mataas na data plan. Nagbibigay din kami ng tulong hinggil sa mga problema sa phone cards. Ang libreng tulong na ito ay para sa lahat na mayroong mobile o home phone. Nagbibigay din kami ng educational workshops sa mga consumer para matulungan silang iwasan ang mga hinaharap na problema hinggil sa pag-aalala sa kanilang phone bills. Nabibigay kami ng serbisyo sa Tagalog, English at Spanish.
